Our solution is this small saucer and spoon set, made of borosilicate glass colourfully dressed up with our signature pomponette dots. But don't be limited by the name! It will be just as happy to hold your olive oil, salt or secret seasonings.By the way, here is our favourite mignonette sauce recipe: for 12 oysters (4 people), mix 70ml of red wine vinegar with 1 finely minced shallot and a pinch of salt + grind black pepper. Yum.
