IN STORE PURCHASES

All Style guarantees if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase of any full price item in store you can exchange it or receive a store credit note within 7 days of purchase, provided goods are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact. Any garment that smells of perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted so please take care when trying on your order. This does not mean that you cannot try on your new purchase, just that we cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear or use.

Please note refunds are not available for in store purchases, this is only offered online for customers who are unable to come in store to try on their items. Refunds are only available on items deemed faulty.

To ensure that you have the best possible online shopping experience we have a flexible return policy to give you peace of mind to when purchasing online.

All Style online guarantees if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase of any full price item you can exchange it or receive a full refund, provided goods are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact. Any garment that smells of perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted so please take care when trying on your order. This does not mean that you cannot try on your new purchase, just that we cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear or use.

We advise checking all purchases thoroughly on delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.

Intention to exchange or return of a garment for any reason must be made via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, details of garment(s) you wish to return and the reason for return to ensure your return is processed as swiftly as possible. In case of exchange, please provide details of the garment for which you would like to receive as a replacement. We will reply via email with a Return Authorisation Number and return postal address, customer returns are made at the customers own cost and we recommend registered mail. All exchanges and returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RAN. Any return received without Return Authorisation being given cannot be accepted.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the returned goods and will endeavour to process your exchange or refund as swiftly as possible.

All refunds will be credited via the same method of payment as the original purchase. Or alternatively you may request a store credit note to be used online at www.allstyleclothing.com.au.

Exchanged items can only be despatched once a quality control check has been carried out on return of original items by our Online Sales Team. Any exchange received outside the 7 day return window will be subject to product availability.
